These terms apply to all acquisitions made through Kajsa Fasth Design. By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement and accept these terms in full.

2. Artistry & Uniqueness
Every piece is a handcrafted original. Due to the artisanal nature of the work, slight variations in color and texture may occur, which are hallmarks of authenticity and the soul of the piece.

3. Payment & Pricing
Prices are displayed in EUR for international convenience. Final transactions are processed in SEK. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and correct any errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. For deliveries outside the EU, the collector is responsible for all local customs, duties, and taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. The piece must be returned in its original, pristine condition in its signature packaging. The collector is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Please contact the Atelier before initiating a return.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of Kajsa Fasth Design. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
